What Is a Liquid BBL?

A Liquid BBL — sometimes called a non-surgical or “liquid” butt lift — uses Sculptra® injections instead of surgery to enhance the shape and fullness of the buttocks. Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material that prompts your body to build its own collagen over time. As that collagen develops, the treated area becomes firmer, smoother, and more contoured. Because the lift comes from your own collagen, results look and feel remarkably natural — and they build gradually rather than appearing overnight.

How the Liquid BBL Works

What To Expect

A Liquid BBL session usually takes about an hour. We begin by numbing the area for your comfort, then administer the Sculptra injections, followed by a gentle massage to help the product settle evenly. Because there’s no surgery or liposuction, most clients return to normal activities right away, aside from temporary soreness or redness at the injection sites. You may be asked to gently massage the area at home over the following days. Results build gradually as new collagen forms, and a series of sessions — typically spaced a few weeks apart — produces the fullest, most balanced outcome, lasting up to two years or more.
